“Do not delay in giving charity. Especially at pandemic times like this when the demand is so high, yet others are making business out of it, we give them for FREE ”
– Teepol Malaysia
GlobalSadaqah would commend Teepol for this very inspiring and heart-warming message in a time where people might resort to being stingy and hoard products. As the number of COVID-19 cases have sky rocketed in the last few days, many places have to adhere with the mandatory disinfection procedures based on government regulations. For some, this might be a challenge to comply with. Teepol Malaysia has come forward and allocated resources to provide sanitisation to schools, hospitals and other public places provided:
1. The premises has to be a public place, so that Teepol can assist and benefit more people
2. A red zone or any place at high risk of Covid 19 infections
With MRA making a strong impact on the ground, Teepol will enhance the drive by providing premium surface disinfectant Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide(AHP) for free, without compromising on the use of any bleaching products or its equivalent. AHP is recognized by KKM as one of the fastest contact time and safest disinfectant to combat infectious diseases. Teepol Malaysia has already donated approximately of:
– 100 boxes and 50 pails of Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide for surface disinfecting purposes
– Alcohol sanitizers to be distributed to the frontliners, hospitals and public
– Anti bacteria detergents for cleaning public places
– Almost 2000 liters in total, will be distributed by MRA to Sabah, Selangor and Penang.
– 108 liters of sanitizers to Mercy Malaysia for Pusat Kuarantin, Port Dickson in Negeri Sembilan.
This campaign aims to support MRA with their disinfectant drive by helping Teepol to raise more funds to provide cleaning and disinfecting facilities to as many Covid-19 affected areas as possible across Malaysia. This is a brilliant opportunity for our donors wanting to help the front-liners to donate and make sure that they are making a difference. You could be providing partial assistance with as low as RM 10 to help us take this disinfectant drive forward. Let us come together and do our part for Malaysia.
The Messenger of Allah said: “Whoever relieves a Muslim of a burden from the burdens of the world, Allah will relieve him of a burden from the burdens on the Day of Judgement. And whoever helps ease a difficulty in the world, Allah will grant him ease from a difficulty in the world and in the Hereafter. And whoever covers (the faults of) a Muslim, Allah will cover (his faults) for him in the world and the Hereafter. And Allah is engaged in helping the worshipper as long as the worshipper is engaged in helping his brother.” [Tirmidhi]
